She coach’s SME business owners and employed leaders who have fallen out of love with what they do to rekindle their passion, rediscover fun and successfully navigate the constant change that we call life. It all started with a TEDx talk “Becoming Successfully Shy” when she truly understood that it is human connections that make a difference and not just performance targets. Following an extensive corporate career in FTSE 100 companies, Mary is now following her passion helping others achieve their goals. Whether you are already C-suite, have aspirations to get there or want to grow your business to compete with the best in your industry, her finance and IT experience together with her MBA and accounting qualifications will help you get there.

Rosalind specialises in communication skills. Her training work is informed by her parallel careers as an actress and writer. Lea is a media trainer and television consultant. Their practical communication training sessions help clients expand and polish their communication skills, get the best out of themselves and develop personal authority. Their media training covers explaining how the media works and tips on preparing and delivering television, radio, online and press interviews.

Allera spent 20 yrs as a Client Relationship Manager sat on the Sales & Trading floor of Global Investment Banks. A life event in 2008 alongside the Financial crash made her reassess by 'bigger why' & how she could create positive change in the world for individuals & in business. This led her on a personal development path where she qualified in Clinical Hypnotherapy & Gestalt Therapy (Humanistic Focused) before setting up her business in 2017. She brings an unconventional perspective birthed from two near death experiences as a young child. She hid this part of herself for years & in fully owning her intuitive abilities & unique understanding of trauma, she was able to create The Soul Architect Series™ 360 Transformation & Healing Process.

He believes in unlocking human potential and helping individuals align with their personal values, elevate their strengths and to develop the mental fitness to handle all of the challenges and opportunities that arise. He started his career in finance as a Software Engineer, and then went on to launch a fitness app in 2018 called Pumponomics after following his entrepreneurial aspirations and spotting an opportunity to help gym-goers at scale after working with his personal trainer at the gym. He realised quite quickly that mental fitness and mental toughness were essential qualities required to achieve sustained performance and happiness in any endeavour, whether it’s achieving fitness goals, or building a great career.

DJ, Composer, Producer
Ronnie Herel is world renowned DJ, Radio Presenter, Producer and an influential figure in the music industry with a passion for urban and soulful sounds. He was BBC Radio 1Xtra’s first DJ singing and has interviewed some music greats including, Stevie Wonder, Beyonce and Janet Jackson to name a few. Today Ronnie is Head of Music at Mi Soul Radio and presents drive time. He is also the Co- Founder of Funky Dory and DJ’s regularly across the globe.

Abi Farrell has been creating modern soul records for the 21st century since 2018. Named 'an artist on the rise.. a considerable talent' by Blues and Soul Magazine, Abi is known for her effortlessly pure voice and lyrical dexterity and has been carving a career as one of the UK's most sought-after young soul vocalists.
JANICE & LORRAINE
DJ's
The first daytime female DJ's on Mi-Soul Radio. Janice & Lorraine have a weekly show playing their blend of funky house, disco and club classics. Check them out on DAB+, online at mi-soul.com or on your smart speaker. They starting their presenting and DJ career at Kiss 100 FM. They have interviewed many famous names from the music industry including Snoop Dogg, Mariah Carey, Luther Vandross, Lauryn Hill, Louie Vega, Roger Sanchez.
HIL ST SOUL
British singer and songwriter
Hil was born in Zambia moving to London age five. She adopted her father's love of traditional Zambian music along with R and B/soul icons, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder. Hil earned a degree in biological sciences, however, whilst at school, she started to explore musical interests deciding to pursue music. Her personal motto is live life to the fullest and to spend your time doing what you love.

Standing on Great Queen Street, that connects Covent Garden with Holborn in the West End of London, is the Grade II* listed De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms. With a history dating back to 1775, the building has long been an important event venue, and was once home to the original Freemasons' Tavern before becoming a hotel in 1909. Since then, the venue has hosted some of the world's leading politicians, royalty and celebrities with its grand Georgian architecture and art-deco interiors offering 37 exceptional spaces for a wide range of conferences, exhibitions, meetings, training and weddings. Five minutes from Covent Garden and Holborn tube stations and 30 minutes' walk or short taxi ride from Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston train stations, the venue is well-connected for all major London transport links.
